ORDERS

To order the products please use the relative identification codes indicated in the description cards. In your request indicate the number of items requested and for items with the coloured dot indicate the colour desired (red/blue).
Our company will send an order confirmation by e-mail or fax. After receiving a formal answer (by fax or e-mail) complete with all the information for invoicing we will proceed in manufacturing and shipment of the product.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Items will be delivered by express courier or mail package, whichever the client requests. Shipment costs are at buyers’ expense and will be specifiedin the order confirmation and will depend on destination, volume and urgency. Packing is included in the delivery costs.
Packing in shock resistant material has been studied for each product in order avoid accidental breakage. In order to optimize delivery costs we suggest the following quantities for package standards.

PAYMENT

Cash on delivery of the goods (COD) or by advance bank transfer. We do not accept returned items.
